The Art of Getting What You Want

I've found that the iPhone toy the human woman has actually frees up the powerbook for me to do more writing. She's too busy doing things on that itty bitty screen and making phone calls all the time, that I can virtually get on the powerbook when I want and order squeekie toys in the shape of hamburgers to gut at will.

I've also found that if she leaves it laying around within easy reach, its very easy to get my way simply by picking it up. Its amazing how fast she can move when properly motivated, but that high pitched shrieking really has to go!

On the homefront, Sam took a dramatic tumble down the deck stairs, just half way on his butt, but it was enough to make the human man totally freak out. He's fine, I'm sure he may be sore, but so much for going out onto the deck and down those stairs for all of us. Now the steps are evil and out of bounds, just because spineless bionic hip Sammy can't run down them without tumbling. Great! As a reward, he got to go swimming. He pretends to hate swimming, but he confided in me that he really likes it. He gets to ride in the truck and use the human woman's bag as a cushion, he gets to meet other dogs and wear a stylish life jacket. What a weenie.

Ok, its been a long day for some reason, and I haven't even gotten a nap in today, so here's the next prize that you can win during Blogtathon:
Yes, you too can have your very own gimpy suck up mutatoe. No, this isn't a stuffed gimpy suck up mutatoe, its the real thing, and he can be yours, all yappy and annoying, batting at you with the gimpy mutatoe if you answer a very simple question during blogathon... will you pay for shipping? Yes, just pay for shipping and this annoying yappy, spoiled, sucking on a t-shirt mutatoe can be yours. But wait! If you call now, we'll throw in a set of ginsu knives and those gloves that you can peel potatoes with (hey, those are pretty cool, just think of what we could do with moles with those things).

Ok, I'm kidding, the human woman would never allow me to give him away.

Sigh

Woo Meeshka.. well, in a way, thank dog that the humans got the iphone.. that means you get the PC back. Oh, and since the human woman won't let anyone "have" Loki... you could Rent Out Loki for X amount of dollars and you could pocket the cash, or donate it to HTH, ha roo! I hope that Sammy is ok. My mom is upset that he had a tumble.
    Hugs,
    Sitka

  3. Woo-rooo, Meeshka!
LOL, your Gimpy-Give-Away had me & my Hu-mom rolling on the floor with laughter! I think Sitka has a great idea about renting Loki out. He'd probably think it was fun and you'd get some peace & quiet! (plus a little spare cash!)

  7. Oh well, Meeshka, until we got to the picture of this post's prize, we were hoping it was going to be one of those iphones.

Our human is woefully deficient in technology for our hostage taking purposes these days.

    Sigh...
