Tomorrow is the official start of the 2010 Iditarod.

Since there is nothing but a dirty bump of crusty ice left where Mt. Queen Meeshka use to be, I'm choosing the spend my Iditarod time rooting for the Pretty Sled Dogs in my dreams. I'm sure Kara on her cloud would approve of my tribute to the last great race.

Check here for any musher and Pretty Sled Dog updates.

  2. Glad to see that Kara has the cloud to herself. Seems like lately that every picture of the cloud has some other pup on it.

  6. Well, grab this by the neck and shake it - we're out on the deck, where it is sunny and 60 disgusting degrees! Needless to say, there is NO snow to be seen. To make matters worse, this seems to please our mom and dad.

  11. We've been following the Iditarod but not because of the race. My V-E-T is there as an official for the race. I worry about the dawgs so much but I know Emi will make sure they're ok!
