Just so you know

Each night when the human woman gets home and unlocks the powerbook, I sit and read all of the blogs that I subscribe to (and its a lot) while she prepares my dinner. I try to comment on as many as I can, but I have to admit that its getting harder and harder to come up with something nice and friendly to say for each of you.

Oh sure, I enjoy all of the pictures of you pups (and kits) frolicking around and reading about how much fun you are having, but with each picture of you enjoying mounds of fluffy cold snow, and tales of how much fun it is to snorfle and sniff the snow, and play in the snow, and frolic in the snow and trip your human in the snow and generally lay in the snow like donuts...

Meanwhile my backyard is a barren dirt covered wasteland of no snow, nothing, not even a flake, not one lousy flake!

sigh... I have just one thing to say about you getting snow
I hate you all!

  3. We read a lot more than we comment on too but Momma says that it's because it's hard to type with a 60lb lap puppy obstructing her view.

BTW - Tomorrow's post will be dedicated to you.

  9. All I have to say is boo hoo. BOL. Snow is great but not when it gets clumped between your toes and it is hard to walk once you come inside.

  11. We had a little snow last month and we are glad that was it. It might have something to do with your fluffiness that you LIKE snow. We hope you get some but, please, keep it at your house and don't send any our way.

  12. Hey, if I could send you my snow I would. I am sick of it!

About keeping up with your pals...
My momma even said I have to "limit the number of new friends" I make because it takes too much time to keep up with everybody, but we can't not do it because everybody is so interesting and, well, you get the picture.

  19. Actually, that white stuff isn't all it's cracked up to be. Our Mama has to clean our feet afore we come in the the house when that stuff is out there. My brother, Taz, had to go find his BIG BOY PANTS this morning just to go out and poop. He's such a shivery baby. Good thing Mama is patient. She mustuv said "hurry up, Taz" a zillion times.

  23. Meeshka I would gladly give you all the snow in our yard--Bailey really hates it!

I apologize for posting a comment that is off topic, but as I was looking at your blog today I noticed a badge for Iams Home 4 the Holidays. I work for Iams and I thought you might want to know that our final numbers are in: we helped get 1,202,751 pets adopted into forever homes!!

There's a very nice article about it on ZooToo: http://www.zootoo.com/petnews/home4theholidaysadoptionstop1m-1121

And if you want me to pack up our snow and send it to you, just say the word!!
